I am a member of the Board of Leaders for the
Institute for Transforming Undergraduate Education,
which advocates the use of problem-based learning (PBL). I have conducted faculty
development PBL workshops in the U.S. and around the world. The included pictures are
of the Taj Mahal in Agra and of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, which I took during two recent workshops.
We customize our workshops to the specific needs of universities. Our workshops can last one to four days, and cover such topics as:
