I frequently provide training and consulting to organizations in areas related to my research. Preference is given to projects which include a research component. I practice "evidence based management." I strongly believe that organizations are benefited by a process which includes (a) assessment, (b) intervention, (c) follow-up assessment, and (d) revised intervention. This process assures that the organization receives quality consultation and contributes to continuing development of organizational knowledge. Training activities follow from my research as well as classroom experience.
