Alfred Lerner College Computing Help

Over the past few years, we have been busy re-designing and adding features to our website to help faculty & staff report and track problems related to their desktop and laptop systems. We have designed our help desk system to integrate into our existing computer inventory system to help ensure we have an accurate count of systems owned by the college. This feature is very useful when it comes time to evaluate eligible systems for the Desktop Refreshment Programs.
